Revised and improved criteria for obtaining the Cypriot citizenship by investment |

The Cyprus government has further relaxed the criteria for foreigners who wish to acquire the Cyprus citizenship. The Cyprus citizenship is now easier to be acquired as the needed investment has been reduced from €5 million if applied individually or €2.5 million if going through a collective investment scheme, down to €2 million for all applicants. The Cyprus citizenship program is now undoubtedly one of the most attractive programs in the EU. |

Business Delegation & Forum to South Africa (Johannesburg and Cape Town) |

During the period of 11-18 September 2016, The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI) and the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry & Tourism jointly organised a business delegation and Forum in South Africa aimed at the further promotion of business relations between the business communities of Cyprus and South Africa. |

The Founder and Honorary Chairman of Totalserve, Mr Peter G. Economides was a panelist in the “Headquartering & Using Cyprus as a Base to the EU” panel discussion, and provided real life examples of well-known South African companies using Cyprus companies not only for investments into Cyprus but also for investments into Europe and beyond. |
