Totalserve, the award winning corporate and trust services provider is celebrating its 50 years of business, with important announcements and embracing plans for the future ahead.

As part of its ongoing business transformation, which includes strategic organisational changes, major infrastructural and technological upgrades, an even stronger emphasis on employees wellbeing as well as a fully-fledged rebranding project, the Board of Totalserve is pleased to announce the appointment of Petros Rialas as the new Chief Executive Officer of Totalserve, with effect from 1 October 2021.

Petros has a broad and extensive experience in international tax structuring, Cyprus taxation, as well as corporate and trust matters. His experience and insights include business restructuring, advanced tax structuring, operational management, sales & marketing, strategic business development as well as project management. He has been responsible for large corporate restructurings and re-domiciliation projects, building organisational capabilities and for overall business delivery in management, executive and board roles.

Throughout his career he has been working for blue chip enterprises and multinational corporations. Petros is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant. He graduated from the University of Manchester with a Degree in Economics and Social Studies and the City University of London with a Master’s degree in Business Systems Analysis and Design. His vocational background includes a two year employment stint in the audit line of service in London and five years in the tax services division of a Big Four firm in Cyprus. In 2008, Petros joined Totalserve Management Ltd, where he has been a Director and the Head of Tax.

Petros acted as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) and served 4 years as a member of the Tax Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Furthermore, he is a regular contributor of technical articles to both local and foreign industry publications and has been a frequent speaker to various conferences and seminars in Cyprus and abroad.

To mark its 50th anniversary, Totalserve plans to organise a series of celebratory events in 2022 as well as conferences, seminars and presentations in Europe and elsewhere in the world. Furthermore, the company plans to officially unveil and launch its new fresher, upgraded and more dynamic brand look as an aesthetic manifestation of the milestone semicentennial anniversary.
